Basic Stats:

• Health 250
• Armor 3
• Weapon (Terran Vehicle Weapon, TAC) 120+10

Current methods of getting Elite Artillery

• Choose Engineer and use his 40 gas skill
• Be Mech, use 40 gas skill to transform into Tank form then siege
